BALTIMORE, MD – Wade Carter, 19, looks out of the window of the van while other man lift his arms up in the Baltimore City Cemetary. Walker Gladden (not in this photo) is the youth coordinator of the Rose Street Center, and he’s hammering home the theme of homicides by going to a cemetery today to tell youth if they don’t get their act together, they would end up in there.
